Privacy policy
Channel Posting, run by AI Systems & Solutions (Ontario, Canada). Last updated 15 October 2026.
Who uses this app
Channel Posting is a private tool. Only our own team signs in to it, and only with the Google accounts that own our YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public.
What it accesses
With the channel owner's permission, through Google sign-in, it:
- uploads videos we made to our own channels, and sets their titles, descriptions and privacy;
- reads our own channels' public details and our own videos' statistics (views, likes, comments, watch time and similar numbers from the YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API).
It does not read anyone else's channel, account, contacts, email or files.
What we keep and where
We keep the video statistics on our own computer to track how our videos perform. The sign-in permission is held by our connection provider, Composio, so the tool can post on our behalf. We do not sell, share, rent or use this data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
YouTube and Google
Channel Posting uses YouTube API Services. See the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Removing access
The channel owner can remove this app's access at any time from the Google account's third-party connections page. Statistics we stored can be deleted on request.
